When will I receive my receipt?
Immediately after a successful payment, by email. A GST invoice marked as paid follows within one business day.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What now?
Failed payments are reversed automatically by your bank, usually within 5 to 7 business days. Contact us with the invoice number if it takes longer.
Can I pay part of an invoice?
Yes. Enter the amount you are paying; the balance stays open on your account.
