Cancellation and refund policy

We deliver professional IT services, not physical goods, so nothing is shipped. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Cancelling a service
- Projects: you can cancel with written notice. You pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation, as set out in the statement of work.
- Managed services and dedicated teams: cancellation follows the notice period in your contract (typically [30 days]).
2. When we refund
- You paid the same invoice twice, or paid more than the invoice amount.
- A payment was taken but the online transaction failed.
- A prepaid service is cancelled before work starts, under the terms of your contract.
3. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [7] business days of approval. Card and UPI refunds can take a further 5 to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
4. Failed online payments
If money was deducted but the payment failed, your bank or the payment gateway reverses it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 business days. If it does not, email us the payment ID and invoice number.
5. Service delivery
Services are delivered remotely or at your premises as agreed in the statement of work, starting on the agreed date after the proposal is signed.
6. Contact
To request a cancellation or refund: hello@your-domain.com, +91 00000 00000, quoting your invoice number.
